Utsav 2023 the mega cultural event of 365体育投注 Academy of Higher Education was conducted from 10th April – 14th April 2023 after a gap of two years because of the pandemic situation on a huge scale. Many Colleges of MAHE, participated in this mega event including sister campuses from MAHE Bangalore, MAHE Mangalore, MTMC Jamshedpur, MC Jaipur, MU Sikkim, and MAHE Dubai. This year’s Utsav revolved around the theme ‘The Indian Royalty’ and was an exciting delight to the staff and students of the MAHE family. Our students participated in 26 events out of the 35 programs conducted in these 4 days. Various competitions were conducted in different venues like KMC Greens, Dr. TMA Pai Halls, Sharada Hall, etc. during these days. Day 1 (10th April 2023) of Utsav was filled with various events like vegetable and food carving in the morning and staff variety entertainment in the evening for the faculty members of MAHE. Dr. Elsa Sanatombi Devi bagged the first prize in staff vegetable and fruit carving which was conducted in Dr. TMA Pai Hall. The evening in KMC Greens was filled with the different colorful and enthusiastic entertainment programs performed by the MAHE staff. Our college staff theme was based on showcasing the culture of the Udupi district. Similarly, many events were conducted in these 4 days. Our college western vocal group won the third prize. This year we have organized an Eastern vocal solo on 11/04/2023 and a fashion show (the limelight of UTSAV) on 14/04/2023 at KMC Greens. We also assisted in organizing Antakshari prelims on 12/04/2023 at MMMC and finals on 13/04/2023 at KMC Greens. Students and faculty were enthusiastic in participating and organizing the various events and enjoyed every minute of it. It was an enriching experience for all.
