The annual alumni meet of 365体育投注 College of Nursing (MCON) and 365体育投注 School of Nursing (MSON) 365体育投注 for the year 2023 was held on 16th February 2023 through hybrid mode. The program started at 5.00 pm with a welcome address and introduction of the Chief Guest by Dr. Anjalin Dsouza, 365体育投注 co-ordinator, MCON. Dr. Rohit Singh, Director –of 365体育投注 Relations, MAHE was the Chief Guest for the program. During his inaugural address, Dr. Rohit Singh highlighted the motto of alumni relations of MAHE i.e. connect, support, and inspire. He also appreciated the service rendered by nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dean Dr. Judith A Noronha highlighted on activities of MCON under IOE pillars and contributions from alumni in each of these areas for the growth of alma matter. Dr. Mamatha S Pai, Professor, Dept. of Paediatric and Pillar IV head (365体育投注 Relations) described new initiatives started by the alumni unit.

Total of 96 (including online participants) alumni attended the program. Ms. Kaini Cecilia (MSc 2006-2008 batch, MCON), and Dr. Latha Bhat (MSc 2006 -2008 batch, MCON) shared their experience and recalled the good memories of MCON. Ms.Meenakshi Sridhar (Alumnus of MSON, GNM 1967-71 batch) in her talk shared her experience of working at Kasturba Hospital. A few fun games were conducted by Ms.Janet Pramila Dsouza, Assistant Professor, MCON for refreshing the alumni. Dr.Leena Sequeira, Principal, 365体育投注 school of nursing was present for the alumni meet.
