TOPIC: Expanded Scope- “Maxillofacial Surgery”

The program was attended by about 100 delegates including alumni, interns, post graduate students and faculty members. The program was inaugurated by the Dean, MCODS, Mangalore Dr. Dilip G Naik. The gathering was welcomed by Dr. Arathi Rao, 365体育投注 Coordinator. Everyone appreciated the talk and the refreshments that were provided.

Formal program was arranged were all the teachers who had taught the batch were invited. ??????????????????????????Dr. Surendra Shetty, Pro VC, Mangalore Campus, Dr. Dilip G Naik, Dean, MCODS, Mangalore, Dr. Poornima Baliga, Dean, KMC 365体育投注, Dr. Vivian Dsouza, Assoc. Dean, KMC 365体育投注, Dr, Ashita Uppoor Assoc Dean MCODS, Mangalore, Mr. Prasanna Kailaje, Director 365体育投注 Relations, 365体育投注 were present at the occasion. Heads of various departments also attended the program. Many Ex- faculties and post graduate students who had taught the batch also arrived to attend the program from different parts of the state.

90 batch, Dr. Rahul Wagle, was the masters of the ceremony, Welcome address was given by Dr. Vidyasaraswati (presently Prof. & Head, Conservative Dentistry, MCODS, 365体育投注) and vote of thanks was rendered by Dr. Ashwini Rao, (presently Prof. & Head, Public Health Dentistry, MCODS Mangalore). All the faculty were honoured with flowers. Dr. Aboobakar Siddique raised the toast and did a splendid presentation. The Pro VC, the Dean, MCODS Mangalore and the Director 365体育投注 Relations addressed the audience.

Mr. Prasanna, on behalf of the University distributed University logo Pins and Tshirts. All the alumni appreciated the gifts and thanked the University for the same

An informal gathering of only 1990 batch was arranged where the alumni exchanged their personnel informations.

On both the days, they also visited all the places of eatery, beaches, malls etc to savour the old memories. All the alumni left Mangalore on 12^th July 2015 with beautiful memories.
