On 8th July 2023,?WGSHA?organized a staff training session on “Mastering?Soft Skills?&?Etiquette?in the Workplace. The session started with the opening remarks by our principal Chef (Dr.) K. Thirugnanasambantham. The workshop commenced with an ice-breaking session, setting the tone for an enriching and interactive experience. The attendees were welcomed with enthusiasm and a shared sense of purpose, creating a conducive atmosphere for learning and growth. Throughout the event, our speakers, Dr. Parul Gupta & Mr. K. Rakshith Kamath expertly navigated the intricacies of soft skills and workplace etiquette, delivering valuable insights and actionable tips.
Participants were enlightened about the significance of soft skills in the workplace, understanding how these skills complement technical expertise and contribute to overall professional success.
