The event was held at KMC Greens to commemorate the implementation of the Constitution through spectacular pageantry of parade and eloquent addressment. Nineteen institutions were led by their contingent commander and were guided by their faculty coordinator to participate in the celebration. The celebration witnessed over 5000 audiences, including the students of all the institutions.

The program began with the welcome address followed by the unfurling of the National flag by the Pro-Chancellor, Dr H S Ballal, followed by the National anthem.
