- The committee will be responsible for hearing and disposing all the complaints regarding Sexual Harassment in the campus.
- Any student or employee who feels that he/she is being sexually harassed, directly or indirectly, may submit a complaint of the alleged incidents(s) in writing complaints may be sent via email at k.manasa@manipal.edu or dropped in a sealed envelope to the director, MIT-BLR.
- The committee will carry out the detailed investigation of the incident. It will clearly bring out findings and give recommendation regarding punishment, according to level of offence, to the director MIT-BLR. The director MIT-BLR will be the final authority to decide on the quantum of punishment to be meted to the accused.
- The confidentiality of the complaint will always be maintained.
