The Distinguished Lecture Series X, Session II was organized on 26th November, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Sharada Hall. The session was conducted on the topic “Search Strategy” and was delivered by Dr. Pratima Jayaprakash Acharya, Librarian Senior scale, 365体育投注 Institute of Communication, 365体育投注 Academy of Higher Education, 365体育投注.

The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Saritha Kamath U, who warmly greeted the resource person and the gathering. Dr. Pratima, in her lecture, highlighted the significance of developing effective search strategies for academic and research purposes. She explained the essential components of systematic searching, the use of databases, keyword optimization, and the importance of critical evaluation of information sources.

The session was attended by faculties and students of Medical Laboratory Technology, who actively participated and benefitted from the insightful discussion. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Reshma Dsouza.
