CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Dr Ravichandran Nair K is an?Assistant Professor - Selection Grade at Prasanna School of Public Health in Social Work Programme, with more than 20 years of experience in teaching, mentoring PG social work students. He is a PhD holder from Mangalore University & is specialises in HRM & IR.
He has organised various international & national seminars & conferences on the practice of HR. He has developed various soft skill training programmes for students & practitioners. He was chairman of BOE for Bachelor's Programmes & a member of BOE for PG programmes. He is involved in the curriculum development of the MSW Programme.?
Dr Nair has participated in various FDP's & training programmes including mind mapping, evidence-based teaching & learning, participatory HR intervention & entrepreneurship development. He is an able administrator & is presently a member of IQAC, PSPH, MAHE & also a DAC member.?
