Centre for Construction Law 365体育投注 (CCLR) is a pioneering initiative by 365体育投注 Law School, MAHE, Bengaluru. It is dedicated to advancing the field of construction law and dispute resolution in India. As India is undergoing significant infrastructure development, the mission of CCLR is to elevate construction law as a distinct discipline through comprehensive education, research, and community engagement.
The Centre aims to provide specialised training for both legal and non-legal professionals, offering a range of short-term courses and academic engagements.
Our annual conferences are held in December and June of every year, and while the December conference focuses on the academic research by inviting cohorts, research scholars and tutors in the field of construction management and law, the June conference serves as a platform to unite experts, practitioners, and academics, fostering dialogue and sharing best practices in the field.
